Biography
The aim of the Research Centre is to perform endocrinological research at an international level in order to qualify endocrinological practice (evidence-based medicine) and to educate young endocrine researchers. As a subdivision The Molecular Endocrinology Department (KMEB) integrates clinical endocrinology research with basic molecular and cellular approaches in order to study clinically relevant research questions at the cellular and molecular levels and most importantly to develop new therapies to be tested in clinical trials.
