Biography
Alexandra Havdahl leads the Center for Genetic Epidemiology and Mental Health atthe Norwegian Institute of Public Health,and the Psychiatric Genetic Epidemiology (PaGE) research group atLovisenberg Diaconal Hospital. She isalso an Associate Professor at the University of Oslo Department of Psychology. Since 2007, shehasworked with data collection and research on autism, neurodevelopment and mental disordersin the Norwegian Mother, Father and Child Cohort Study (MoBa), a general population pregnancy cohort run by the NIPH. Sheparticipates in several international projects, including as coordinator of the MoBa contribution to Psychiatric Genomics Consortium working groups,and asmember of the Lancet Commission on the Future of Care and Clinical Research in Autism.
